About the event
Join us at the lounge! Online payment is required to reserve your canvas. You are allowed to bring outside food, please remember that you will be painting majority of the time so finger foods are encouraged. We Have several Restaurants in our shopping center, come early and enjoy. All painters are able to receive 20% off their meal from El Nopal Mexican Restaurant next door(please check in with us first to receive your coupon). All evening public classes are for ages 18 and older (unless otherwise stated). Doors open 30mins before class starts, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Please wear a mask. You may pull it down to sip only. Please, do not bring extra guests along to watch you paint. All seating is reserved for painters that have paid and we do not have extra seating (exceptions: children classes and private events).
Cancellation policy: We do not issue refunds of any kind. Notifiy us via email at least 24 before the start of the class if you are unable to make it. There is a 15% rescheduling fee, you will be credited the remaining amount to use at another time. You may also opt out for a painting kit.
On time policy: We prefer all painters arrive a least a few minutiues before the start time. This will give us time to prepare your drink. and give yourself time to get comfortable and think about what colors you want to use. If you arrive late, you may still paint but it is up to you to finish by the designated end time. you may not stay over to finish. We will do our best to still guide you. You may not Reschedule just because you are late.
We are NOT a B.Y.O.B studio so please do not bring alcohol. Painters 21+ with valid ID will be served complimentary wine. Thank you for your cooperation
If you are attending with multiple people who are buying their own tickets, please list their names in the note section of the registration form. This will help us with seating.
Finding us: We are located in the Laburnum Green Shopping Center, in front of the LiDL Grocery Store.
The Art Lounge reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances/weather. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hrs prior to class time and credited
