How To Book


Private events are booked by paying a nonrefundable retainer fee to secure your date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio). 

Retainer/Booking Fee


We require prepayment of at least 2 seats at the time of booking. We will email you an invoice once the date and time is confirmed. After the fee is paid, we require all other seats to be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. If the 10 person minimum is not met by this time, the class will automatically open to the public. You can still have your party, but the public will be able to reserve a seat as well. However, you may pay the difference between confirmed guests and the minimum to keep your party private.

What's Included


Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and to create a fun atmosphere for all attendees. We include...


You will have the entire studio to yourself, with plenty of space for your guest. Our room can hold up to 30 painters(15 due to social distancing). We also have a separate area for your food and drinks. This area has two 6 foot long tables and a microwave for your convenience.  


Canvases, brushes, paints, aprons, and anything else that is needed to create your masterpiece. 


Our instructors are professional artists and will make you all feel at home and at ease. They will make the creative process a breeze as they take to you step by step through the painting. 


We provide 2 complimentary glasses of wine, 1 beer or sparkling non alcoholic rose'. We have additional non alcoholic  drinks available for purchase. You are also welcomed to bring non alcoholic drinks for your guests, if you don't want them to purchase. 


We have music to fit everyone's taste. Just tell us what sort of music you would like at your event and we will tailor the playlist to your needs.


Event Details

Most paintings take at least 2hrs to complete.

No set up, no clean up - just show up!

You are more than welcomed to bring balloons and tape to the tables or chairs. Wall décor is prohibited.  

Doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guest time to arrive, settle in and socialize and gives  the host time to set up food or other items for the party. You will also get additional 15 mins of time after the class to socialize and collect your items. 


Painting Selection

You are able to choose the painting of the evening for your guests. You don't have to choose the painting right away, but please confirm with the studio at least 2 weeks before your event.
