RETURN POLICY

The Art Lounge offers a 14-day return policy on all painting kits except custom kits. Custom kits are kits that are not on our website; you may have sent us a picture to recreate or create something for you. custom kits can also be kits that are on our site however you may have gotten us to change something on it. Custom kits are also all monogram kits/canvases( letters).

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, the kit(s)/canvas(es) must be unused, unpainted, and all supplies must be in its packaging,

 

When returning items customers are responsible for shipping items back to us.

To start the process, Email: Info@TheArtLoungeRVA.com with your order number and return in the subject line(Return Order#1234). followed by why you are returning the product.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We Ship all over the USA. View the map to get an idea of the how long it would take for a package to reach you after it has been shipped(this does not include processing time).

Pictured below is a UPS transit map displaying how long it will take for you to receive your order after it has been processed and shipped. How to use the map: Find the state in which your order will be delivered to, look at the color, find the corresponding color on the Transit Days Key and this will give you an idea of how many days it should take to deliver.

General Info

We offer UPS shipping. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

APO, FPO or PO Boxes are not acceptable/ deliverable addresses. If you submit an order with said addresses, your order will be canceled. Please use a valid street address.

Delivery Claim

f you are experiencing a non-delivery, significantly late package( at least 30days and there is no updated tracking information for weeks), your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 1 day of the delivered notice or within 7days of the 30day late package mark to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the courier to complete the claims process. All orders are covered under the courier's insurance and are able to claim up to $100(depending on how much your order is worth). Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to investigate and complete. We can not guarantee favorable resolutions as decisions are up to the courier service.

 

The Art Lounge does not hold or accept responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the courier service. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that were mishandled, damaged, missing or stolen due to carrier negligence.
