Posted prices do not include sales tax but do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary based on your location and the products selected. Prices are subject to change at any time.

All trademarks and service marks on the Site not owned by us are the property of their respective owners. The trade names, trademarks and service marks owned by us, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our trade names, trademarks or service marks without our express prior written consent.

Condition of your item:

If any part of your Painting Kit set is damaged, please send us a photo of your product.  Our team will determine how to handle each situation. You must let us know before you use your kit and pictures must show the condition in which you received it. 

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that once an order is placed we may not be able to cancel or alter it. In an effort to better serve you we try to start processing orders as soon as possible and we can't always catch or change orders.  If you would like to see if changes or cancellations can be made please email info@theartloungerva.com 

Order Issue Policy:

If the product you received is damaged or different from what you have ordered, please let us know!  Please send us an email at info@theartloungerva.com.  We will evaluate each case individually and notify you of resolution. 

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.  Your personal information will never be used or sold for any purpose that it was not originally intended.  In short, we will use your information only to get you what you needed otherwise we will keep it private.  As far as safety, please keep the paint out of the reach of children.
